This Privacy Policy describes how Bekir Yeşilkaya ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the mobile application KeyTwist (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

KeyTwist does not require you to create an account and we do not ask you for your name, email, or other directly identifying personal information. However, the App and the third-party services it uses may automatically collect certain information, including:

Device & usage data: device model, operating system version, language, approximate region, app version, and in-app events (e.g., game sessions, scores, button taps).
Advertising identifiers: identifiers such as the Apple IDFA / Google Advertising ID, used to show and measure ads (only where permitted).
Diagnostics / crash data: crash logs and performance data to help us fix bugs.
Purchase data: confirmation of in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads"). Payments are processed by Apple or Google — we do not receive or store your payment card details.

2. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, which may collect and process information as described in their own privacy policies:

3. How We Use Information

To operate, maintain, and improve the App and its gameplay.
To display advertising and measure its performance.
To understand how players use the App (analytics) and to diagnose crashes.
To process and restore in-app purchases such as "Remove Ads".

4. Advertising & Your Choices (ATT / Consent)

On iOS, the App uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework and will ask for your permission before using your advertising identifier for personalized ads. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.

In regions such as the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we use Google's consent management (UMP) to obtain your consent for personalized ads where required. If you decline, you may still see non-personalized ads.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.

6. Data Retention

We retain analytics and diagnostic data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, after which it is deleted or anonymized in accordance with our providers' policies.

7. Your Rights

We take reasonable measures to protect the information processed by the App. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
